What is the transaction charge on PAYMENTZ?

Please refer our pricing section for details.
We only charge a service fee + GST on every transaction for various modes of payments such as debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, wallets, etc.
Calculation Example:
Lets assume that service fee (MDR) is 2%.
Customer pays you: ₹ 100 (Domestic transaction)
PAYMENTZ service fee: 2% of ₹ 100 = ₹ 2
GST: 18% of ₹ 2 = ₹ 0.36 Amount paid out to your bank account = Transaction Amount - Service Fee - GST = 100 - 2 - 0.36 = ₹ 97.64

Do I get charged if I suspend/resume PAYMENTZ account?

No, you won’t be charged if you stop/resume using your PAYMENTZ account.

Getting started with PAYMENTZ

How can I start using PAYMENTZ?

Sign up process is very simple, Visit our website www.PAYMENTZ.in and click on ‘SignUp’ and enter the required details and click on ‘Create Account’. Once you do the signup ,you can login to your backoffice where you can fill our online form under "Application Form" section.Here you need to provide your personal, business and bank details.You also need to upload all the required KYC docs.
Once application is submitted , our Team will contact you and will guide to start integration using our developer docs.
You can also design your checkout page from the iterface and see the preview before going live.

What are different Payment Solutions available?

Which payment options can my customers use?

PAYMENTZ offers 100+ payment options including the major Credit Cards, Debit Cards (All MasterCard /Visa /Maestro /RuPay Cards), Amex, Net Banking, Prepaid Instruments, UPI and up to Multi Bank EMI options.

Business Requirements

I don't have a registered business. Can I still sign-up on PAYMENTZ?

Yes, you can still sign-up and collect payments with PAYMENTZ. Please select ‘Individuals’ as your business entity while filing the business details section.

Do I need a GST number ?

No, you can set up an account with us without the GST number.
Please note that you’ll not be able to get benefit on input credit on taxation of service charges till your GST number is not submitted with PAYMENTZ.

What PAN details are required?

If you are a registered firm, kindly enter details as mentioned on your company’s PAN Card. In case you are an Individual or Proprietorship, then please enter your personal PAN card details.

Can I submit my Savings account details incase I don't have current bank account?

Yes, in case you are an individual running a business, we do support Savings bank account type. For non-individual business types, you will have to enter Current bank account details.

Website Requirements

What are the requirements for a website verification?

Requirements for website are:
Home page should be updated with basic information like: About Us, T&Cs, Refund Policies etc.
Product or Services page should be present with information like description, image & price.
Website should have Add to Cart option and Checkout page functionality.
For verification, our compliance team will reach out to you.

What to do if I don't have a website?

You can sign-up with us and start collecting payments using our Payment Links or QR tool.You can generate payment links and share it via multiple platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, SMS and Email using our web interface or you can also use our Invoizr app for the same. Your customers can pay using their preferred option: Debit Card, Credit Card, Netbanking, UPI and Wallet.

Document Requirements

What are the documents needed for sign-up?

We have different document requirements based on your business type. Please refer the this link for more details "KYC Documents List".

Where do I upload all the required documents?

You can share soft copies of the documents while filling the "Application Form" after logging in to PAYMENTZ's interface.

Settlements

What does settlement mean?

Settlement is the process where merchant receives the money paid by their customers through PAYMENTZ.

What is the settlement cycle that PAYMENTZ offers?

Our standard settlement cycle is T+2 working days, with T being the date of successful transaction.
This means that payments will be settled in your bank account after 2 working days of the date of transaction registered with us, excluding bank holidays.

Where can I see my settlement report or details?

You are find your settlement reports under report section on PAYMENTZ dashboard.
In the settlement report:
You will be able to see total settlement amount, total sales and total deductions (sum of service tax, service fees, refunds, chargebacks & adjustments)

Refunds & Chargebacks

Transactions

Where can I see the status of a transaction?

You can check the status of a transaction on PAYMENTZ dashboard:
Go to Transactions section on dashboard Search or filter the transaction by date of transaction
Click on the transaction id for more details

Do customers automatically receive a message confirming that their payment has been done?

PAYMENTZ 's system sends an email message to the customer after an order has been paid.
But if merchant wants to send this message from their system and dont want PAYMENTZ to send the email- this is also possible.

Does PAYMENTZ system send confirmation message back to website after successful transaction?

PAYMENTZ platform always send confirmation on both the redirect URL and notification URL shared by the merchant.
PAYMENTZ shared the confirmation for both success and failed transactions.

Refunds

How do i initiate a refund?

You can initiate the refund from PAYMENTZ dashboard.Click on refund section and search for the transaction to be refunded.
Enter the amount to be refunded.
Refund amount will be reflected in customer's bank account in 5-21 working days.

How much time will it take for a refund to be processed?

It will take between 5 and 21 days for the refund amount to reflect in your customer’s bank account. In case of Netbanking transactions, certain government banks may take some more days.

My request for refund has not been completed yet. What do I do?

It will take between 5 and 21 days for the refund amount to reflect in your customer’s bank account.

You will be communicated over email with the status (successful or failed) once the request for refund is processed.
